WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVE?

We primarily serve Philadelphia, The Lehigh Valley, New York, and New Jersey. We’re also travel‑ready for celebrations beyond the region and have worked with clients across the country and internationally. For any out‑of‑town inquiries, contact us for a custom quote.

CAN YOU PRINT EXTRA COPIES FOR ME AS WELL?

Our on‑site printing is dedicated to creating one beautifully finished portrait for each guest, ensuring they receive their keepsake during your event. Additional packages offer something even more special — a 10×10″ heirloom guestbook featuring guest portraits along with handwritten messages from your guests. It’s the perfect way to relive the joy of your celebration for years to come.



WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO START THE SESSION?

For weddings, the perfect time for us to begin is right after the final speech and just as the dance floor opens. Alternatively, we can also start during cocktail hour for a seamless fit into your celebration.

WHAT ARE YOUR SET UP AND TEAR DOWN TIMES?

We typically require about one hour to set up and prepare our studio before your event begins. After the celebration, breakdown is quick — we can pack up and clear the space within 20–30 minutes.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT STRUCTURE?

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date with the balance due 30 days prior to the event.
